A point-and-click adventure delving into the past. Set around 1980, the story follows five Hamburg teenagers navigating their daily lives near Bullenhuser Damm school. A small, almost hidden plaque in the stairwell hints at a tragic event in 1945, but its inscription offers little detail. Playing as one of these teens, you'll embark on a quest to uncover the truth. Explore the environment, interact with characters, and journey through their recollections. What secrets will you unearth about Bullenhuser Damm's history? Developed by the acclaimed PAINTBUCKET GAMES in partnership with the Bullenhuser Damm Memorial, this point-and-click adventure incorporates the firsthand accounts and memories of victims' relatives, playing a crucial role in its creation. Funding was provided by the Alfred Landecker Foundation.

As a history buff, I found this game really moving. The storytelling is subtle but powerful, and the point-and-click mechanics are simple yet effective. It made me research the real events afterwards. Could use a bit more polish on the character animations, but overall a meaningful experience. 👍
