The Jump Portal (Portal-gun) Mod brings many popular elements from the first-person puzzle game Portal into Minecraft. Gameplay features include Portal Guns for placing portals, a Gravity Gun for manipulating blocks and mobs, and a host of other clever tools.

The PortalGun Wood & Stone is used to place portals. You can position two portals and walk through them to teleport from one location to another. It has 100 uses.

These Portal Guns can lift blocks from the ground and relocate them. There are four variants available:

Portal Gun (3651) (bullet speed: 40 blocks/second, 1000 uses) – 4 iron ingots + 1 diamond

Portal Gun Gold (3652) (bullet speed: 30 blocks/second, 500 uses) – 4 iron ingots + 1 diamond

Portal Gun Iron (3653) (bullet speed: 20 blocks/second, 250 uses) – 8 iron ingots

Portal Gun Lava (3654) (bullet speed: 20 blocks/second, 200 uses) – 4 iron ingots + 1 flint & steel

The Gravity Gun can pick up both mobs and blocks, allowing you to move and place them elsewhere. You can also choose to launch them away—a more ruthless but entertaining option!

Turrets

Turrets can be placed as stationary guards to defend against intruders (including yourself). Manage a turret by tapping it with the Turret Options item.

Place Jumper blocks on the ground; walking onto one will launch you high into the air.

There are two types of gel blocks, each creating a different effect when you walk or jump on them.

Jumping on a Repulsion Gel Block triggers four additional, progressively lower bounces before you come to a stop.
