Obtaining Silvergale's Aria isn't straightforward; its five-star rarity reflects the challenge. The quest unlocks in the "Heart of Infinity" mission's second part, but only after completing the main 1.0 storyline and the 1.1 world quest, "Fifteen Years, Echoes of Witches" (accessible via the 'U' key, then the World tab).
