- This 10-day development event is a collaboration with Photon
- Developers can win cash prizes and premium Photon licenses
CrazyGames, in partnership with Photon, invites independent developers worldwide to join the Crazy Web Multiplayer Jam 2025, a 10-day game creation marathon running from April 25th to May 5th.
Teaming up with Photon, the leading multiplayer services provider, this jam focuses on innovating browser-based multiplayer experiences. Participants will compete for a share of €10,000 in cash prizes and valuable premium Photon licenses, including:
- A one-year Circle Starter license for 500 CCU (worth €7,500)
- A one-year license for 500 CCU (worth €1,500)
- A one-year license for 100 CCU (worth €100)
The main rules are simple: games must be created and submitted during the jam and comply with a PEGI 12 rating. Beyond that, developers have full creative freedom.

Since its launch in 2014, CrazyGames has become a top-tier platform for free online gaming. Using HTML5, JavaScript, and WebGL technologies, it delivers smooth, instant-play experiences for thousands of titles. CrazyGames will support participants throughout the event and offer winning games a chance to be featured on its platform.
A pre-jam livestream on April 24th at 4 PM CEST (on YouTube and LinkedIn) will showcase two new WebGL platforms: Fusion and Quantum. Mark Val, Photon Engine's Head of Growth, commented: "Photon has powered multiplayer WebGL for over a decade. Our new Fusion and Quantum samples make it easier than ever to build high-performance multiplayer games. We believe a WebGL game will rank among the world's top 20 most-visited websites within a year. The Crazy Web Multiplayer Jam 2025 is a perfect opportunity to innovate on this platform."
Registration for the Crazy Web Multiplayer Jam 2025 is free and open to developers of all skill levels. For full details and to sign up, visit the official jam page.
