The Delta Force PC Alpha Test kicked off at around Aug 5, 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT, much to the excitement of fans eagerly awaiting to dive into the action. However, the developers announced on August 30 that the Alpha Test would conclude on September 8, or Sept 7, 8 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. PDT for the United States.

• Watching Delta Force Twitch Streams to receive Twitch Drops

July 24 Update: New Alpha Test Date Announced

Delta Force thrilled fans by announcing the rescheduled Alpha test for August 6, 2024! Enthusiasts could try their luck to gain access through the official website, the Steam page, or by snagging keys via Twitch drops or various giveaways. A notable giveaway on their official Twitter/X account saw 100 lucky winners receiving codes for the Alpha test.

July 16 Update: Alpha Test Postponed

Following the pre-alpha test from July 11 - 15, developers identified several critical errors that impacted gameplay for the limited group of players involved. Consequently, they had to postpone the planned July Alpha test to ensure they could deliver the best possible gaming experience.

Initially Scheduled Alpha Test

Delta Force was initially set to launch its Alpha Test on July 18, with no specific end date disclosed. Fans could secure access by filling out player surveys on the official website, requesting access via the Steam page, or by tuning into Twitch.tv streams to earn Steam keys through Twitch Drops.

The pre-alpha test, held from July 11 to 15, served as a crucial stress test, allowing a small subset of players early access to help the developers fine-tune the game. Accessing all available avenues increased the chances of gaining early entry.

The Alpha Test was exclusively for PC, available through the game's official client or Steam.
