Lord Semine's Sword Location in KCD2 Revealed

Of course, the wedding between Lord Semine and Agnes isn’t allowed to proceed without issues. When the sword that’s supposed to be Lord Semine’s gift goes missing, you’re tasked with finding it. Here’s where to find Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Finding Lord Semine’s Sword in “Wedding Crashers”

Radovan informs you that the sword you crafted from the Hermit’s Sword as Lord Semine’s gift has vanished. He doesn't know who took it, but he mentions seeing a stranger sulking around earlier, wearing yellow. Your first step is to locate this man in yellow.

You can approach and question anyone dressed in yellow about the sword. Most will deny any involvement, but some might provide a lead, mentioning they saw a man in yellow heading upstairs in the stable. Upon investigating the upper level of the stable, you'll encounter Hans, who is trying to charm a woman.

Screenshot by The Escapist Hans, wearing yellow, is not the thief. However, he did see who took the sword: Svatya, the bailiff's son and the bride's brother. You can inquire why Svatya stole the sword, especially since he'll soon be family with Lord Semine, or ask what Svatya did with it. Hans advises you to confront Svatya directly, as he didn't follow him after the theft.

Confronting Svatya

Finding Svatya is straightforward. Exit the stables and head towards the tree where musicians are playing for the wedding guests. Svatya is to the right of the musicians, drinking by the stable wall, and he's carrying a sword.

Unfortunately, Svatya has already gotten rid of Lord Semine’s gift. He admits to taking it due to Old Semine's treatment of them, intending to embarrass him by making it seem like he misplaced his son’s present. Svatya didn’t consider the potential consequences or his father’s inability to shield him from theft charges.

Svatya reveals he threw the sword into the pond. He didn’t have time to hide it properly, which works in your favor. If you danced with Myshka, she led you to the pond after your dance. Otherwise, find the pond by heading to Radovan’s location; the door on the fence directly behind him leads to the pond's edge.

Getting the Sword

The objective then shifts to returning to Radovan. He'll ask who stole it; you can either name Svatya or sidestep the issue, emphasizing that the sword's recovery is what matters.

Once you return Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 to Radovan, the ceremony can commence. Ensure you complete any tasks that must be done before the wedding. After handing over the sword, congratulate the newlyweds and proceed to the next main quest.
