Universal Studios Japan (USJ) and The Pokémon Company have teamed up to deliver an unforgettable summer experience! This article details the exciting water-themed Pokémon NO LIMIT! Summer Splash Parade.
Pokémon NO LIMIT! Summer Splash Parade: A Soaking Good Time at USJ
Get Ready to Get Wet!
The NO LIMIT! Summer Splash Parade builds upon the success of the original NO LIMIT! Parade, adding a refreshing aquatic twist to the already spectacular procession of beloved Pokémon characters. This collaboration, born from a 2021 creative alliance focused on innovative entertainment, brings Pokémon to life in a whole new way.
The parade features iconic Pokémon like Charizard and Pikachu, but this year's event is a fully immersive water experience. The Pokémon Company emphasizes their dedication to realism, highlighting the Gyarados display as a prime example. Three performers work in perfect synchronization to bring the powerful Pokémon to life with a dynamic, dragon-dance-like performance.
But the water fun isn't limited to Pokémon! Expect to get splashed by characters from Super Mario, Despicable Me, Sesame Street, Peanuts, and Sing as well.
Guests aren't just passive observers; they're active participants! For a truly drenching experience, head to the 360° Soak Zone. While personal water guns are not allowed, each guest receives a complimentary water shooter to join the fun and engage in a continuous water battle with friends, family, and parade performers.
Beyond the parade, USJ offers exclusive Pokémon merchandise and themed food and beverages. Highlights include the "Gyarados Whirling Smoothie – Soda & Pineapple," served in a uniquely designed cup featuring the largest sleeve ever used at the park, showcasing a powerful Gyarados image. A range of other summer-perfect food and drink options is also available.
The parade runs from July 3rd to September 1st, with the 360° Soak Zone available until August 22nd. Whether it's your first visit or a return trip, The Pokémon Company promises an exciting, moving, and memorable experience.
