Shuyu's Baffling Beetle Battle Bowl is a limited-time event in Genshin Impact Version 5.3, challenging players to beetle battles. This guide provides a walkthrough for easy completion of all five battles.

Event Requirements:

To participate, players must:

• Have Adventure Rank 20 or higher.
• Complete the Mondstadt Archon Quest Prologue. Completing Xianyun's Story Quest "Grus Serena Chapter" provides helpful backstory.

Gameplay:

The event uses Onikabuto beetles in simulated battles within the Teapot at Mt. Aocang against various enemies. Controls are simple: Forward, Backward, and Jump. Stamina management is key, as movement and attacks (especially Piercing Strikes) consume stamina.

Battle Strategies:

The five stages feature unique opponents:

1. Staff Master (Basic Hilichurl): Repeated head strikes are effective. Dodge ground markings indicating attacks.
2. Torch-Wielding Hilichurl Berserker: Target the head and the Pyro Slime it carries, especially when preparing to throw it.
3. Pyro Abyss Mage: Interrupt its spellcasting, then attack repeatedly. Dodge fireballs and flame pillars.
4. Cryo Abyss Mage: Use the same strategy as the Pyro Abyss Mage.
5. Stonehide Lawachurl: Quick attacks are essential. A Geo Slime will appear; use a Piercing Strike for maximum damage on the slime.

Difficulty and Rewards:

Play on "Focused Fight" (two-star) difficulty for optimal Primogem rewards (30-20 per stage). "Utmost Might" (three-star) unlocks after clearing Focused Fight, offering Mora and Enhancement Ores but no Primogems. Consult the "Dossier on Opponent" for enemy strategies. A co-op mode allows teaming up with other players.

Rewards:

Completing the event on Utmost Might difficulty yields 420 Primogems. Additional rewards include Hero's Wit, Sanctifying Unction, Mora, and Mystic Enhancement Ore.
