Advanced LT for KIA

Enhance your vehicle diagnostics by integrating the Advanced LT plugin into Torque Pro. This powerful add-on expands the list of available PIDs and sensors specifically for KIA vehicles, enabling you to monitor detailed engine and automatic transmission data in real-time. With this plugin, you can explore a wide range of specific parameters that offer deeper insight into your vehicle’s performance.

The free version of the plugin allows you to test its functionality with a limited set of sensors, giving you a hands-on experience before upgrading. Please note that certain calculated sensors—such as Injector Duty Cycle (%) or HIVEC mode—are not included in this version.

ECU Scanner Feature

An added bonus of the plugin is the built-in ECU scanner, which helps identify unsupported sensors in your KIA vehicle. Simply record at least 1000 sensor samples and send the logs to the developer for analysis and potential inclusion in future updates.

Installation Instructions

1. Download the plugin from Google Play and ensure it appears in your Android device's installed apps list.
2. Open Torque Pro and tap the "Advanced LT" icon.
3. Select the correct engine type and return to the main screen.
4. Go to Torque Pro "Settings".
5. Verify that the plugin is listed under "Plugins" > "Installed Plugins".
6. Scroll down and select "Manage extra PIDs/Sensors".
7. If no entries appear, this means you're starting fresh (no previous custom PIDs).
8. From the menu, choose "Add predefined set".
9. Make sure to pick the correct predefined set matching your KIA engine type.
10. After selection, the Extra PIDs/Sensors list will populate with new entries.

Adding Displays in Torque Pro

1. Once the new sensors are added, navigate to Realtime Information / Dashboard.
2. Press the menu key and select "Add Display".
3. Choose your preferred display type—Dial, Bar, Graph, Digital Display, etc.
4. Select the appropriate sensor from the list. Sensors provided by Advanced LT begin with "[KADV]" and appear right after the time-related sensors at the top of the list.
