Com2uS has recently launched an enchanting new adventure game on Android called Minion Rumble. The game's charm is evident from the title itself, where you'll find yourself summoning a capybara with impressive battle stats to fend off zombie-like hordes while enjoying a casual drink. That's the laid-back yet thrilling vibe that Minion Rumble brings to the table!
Where Is Minion Rumble Available?
Minion Rumble is now available in the US, Canada, the UK, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. At its heart, the game blends casual roguelike elements with .io-style legion battles. You take on the role of the Summoner, acting as the captain of your squad, alongside Champions and Minions that make up your team.
Expect a whimsical mix of characters and scenarios in Minion Rumble. You might see a bowmaster fairy and a war-hardened shooter teaming up with a cat Champion to obliterate endless waves of enemies. The gameplay is designed to be vertical and one-handed, throwing random skill cards and Champions at you during each run, ensuring no two playthroughs are ever the same. Your strategy to depend on the overpowered swordmaster might not always pan out, adding an element of surprise and strategy.
Beyond the battles, Minion Rumble features a gear system that allows you to enhance your wand, arrows, or sword as you progress. There's also an offline rewards system that continually stacks up loot for you, even when you're not playing.
There Are Some Fun Launch Events Happening Right Now
The first event, Pudding Paradise, runs until April 17th. It's a quest-and-dice event where you can earn Pudding Plates, which you can trade in for rewards, including Epic Champion Selection Chests.
Following that, the Puddiebean Fusion Festival is live until April 24th. This event requires you to collect Puddiebeans from quests and fuse them into gear, some of which is S-tier.
Don't forget the pre-registration rewards, which include 10,000 Gold and the Epic Champion Capyboo. Capyboo is a tanky unit as durable as it is adorable.
Minion Rumble supports seven languages and is free to play. You can dive into the fun on the Google Play Store.
