I don't often highlight deals on LG's Gallery Series OLED TVs due to their typically high cost. However, today's offer is noteworthy, even if it's not exactly "budget-friendly." It's one of the best deals I've seen for one of the finest TVs available. For a limited time, both Walmart and Amazon are selling the 83" LG Evo G3 Gallery Series 4K OLED Smart TV for under $2,700, with free delivery. To put this deal into perspective, the 2024 model, the 83" LG G4, retails for a staggering $5,300. The Gallery Series represents LG's top-tier OLED offerings and is arguably the best in the OLED category.

The G3, launched in 2023, is one generation behind the latest model (no "G5" TV has been released yet), but it remains superior to any other TV in LG's lineup—be it OLED or otherwise—with the exception of the 2024 G4. The LG G-series OLED surpasses the C-series in performance. Both feature an "Evo" panel, which is brighter than traditional W-OLED TVs, but the G-series takes it a step further with MLA (micro lens array) technology, enhancing brightness. This technology adds to the cost but elevates the image quality to match or even surpass that of Samsung's quantum dot OLED TVs.

OLED TVs are widely regarded as the best TVs currently available. They offer superior image quality, deeper blacks, better contrast ratios, a wider color gamut, and faster response times compared to traditional LED LCD TVs. This makes OLED TVs the ideal choice for enjoying 4K HDR content at its best. LG OLED TVs, in particular, benefit from years of refinement and optimization.
