KOF AFK enters phase 2 early access in select markets

NetEase has rolled out the second Early Access phase for King of Fighters AFK in Canada, Indonesia, and the Philippines, offering franchise enthusiasts exclusive early access to this expansive idle RPG before its worldwide release. The new version expands upon its successful first test phase with richer content, blending deep character collection with substantial launch bonuses.

A Fighter's Paradise

This test phase delivers 113 collectible characters including 36 Legendary Heroes, complemented by 38 Support characters and 17 Pets that enhance your squad's capabilities. The adventure extends beyond collecting, featuring 10 PvE dungeons, over 9,000 campaign battles, and 15 competitive PvP modes to challenge your strategic skills.

Launch Celebration Rewards

To mark the occasion, players can claim Legendary Fighter Ryo Sakazaki simply by logging in. Additional premium characters like Li Xiangfei and Momako become available on subsequent login days, alongside valuable resources including Rubies and Summon Tickets through daily check-in events.

The current Featured Summon highlights Mai Shiranui and Chizuru Kagura – two Fury-aligned fighters that create powerful team synergies when paired strategically.

Global Pre-Registration Perks

While waiting for wider release, players can still pre-register globally to secure benefits including 3,000 free summons and guaranteed unlock of Vice, the Orochi-enhanced assistant character.

Time-limited events like the Lucky Elpy Event and Elpy's Dream Land offer additional reward opportunities to power up your roster during this Early Access period.
