Plus, you'll have a higher chance of encountering Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa during these days.
Following closely, the Pokémon Growth Week Vol. 5 is set to kick off from May 19th to May 26th. During this week, you'll earn more Sleep EXP across all areas, with special bonuses including a 1.5 times increase in Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP. Additionally, the Candies you earn from your first sleep research of the day will be multiplied by 1.5, making it a perfect time to maximize your Pokémon's growth.
