Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Welcomes Trainers Worldwide

Calling all Trainers! The Pokémon GO Fest 2025 will take place this summer in three iconic global locations:

⚫ May 29 – June 1 – Osaka, Japan (Expo ’70 Commemorative Park)
⚫ June 6 – June 8 – Jersey City, New Jersey, USA (Liberty State Park)
⚫ June 13 – June 15 – Paris, France (Parc de Sceaux)

A major highlight of this year's event is the long-awaited debut of the Steam Pokémon, Volcanion, in Pokémon GO. Trainers attending any of the live events will have the chance to encounter Volcanion through an exclusive Special Research storyline. Please note that each Trainer may only receive one Volcanion encounter, regardless of how many tickets they purchase. Additional tickets will reward Volcanion Candy instead.

Can’t make it to one of the live events? No problem! Join the celebration online with Pokémon GO Fest 2025: Global, taking place June 28–29.

This virtual event gives Trainers around the world access to exclusive content, including:

• Timed Research featuring Volcanion
• 5x Max Revives
• 5x Rare Candies
• 3x Premium Battle Passes

Tickets for the Global event remain available for purchase up until the end of the event on June 29. However, early birds who buy their tickets by April 15 and play Pokémon GO between April 8 at 10 AM local time and April 15 at 10 AM local time will unlock a bonus Timed Research mission that grants an additional Skiddo encounter.
