Asphalt Legends Unite has just launched one of its most surprising and exciting crossovers to date — a high-speed collaboration with none other than *Sonic the Hedgehog*. Sonic and his iconic crew have officially entered the world of Asphalt, bringing their signature speed, attitude, and flair to this season’s Racing Around the World event. The crossover is live now and will remain active until June 26th, so there's plenty of time to dive in and experience all the fast-paced action.

Characters & Cars: A Sonic-Themed Lineup

Fans of the blue blur will be thrilled to see that Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Dr. Eggman, and even the adorable Chao have been fully integrated into the gameplay. Each character brings a fresh visual identity to select vehicles through exclusive character-themed decals. In addition, players can get behind the wheel of a brand-new car model inspired by the collaboration — the SSC Ultimate Aero TT.

Gameplay Events: Two Ways to Race

This season’s Spotlight event has been reimagined to reflect the breakneck pace of its guest stars. Players will encounter two distinct challenge formats. First up is the return of Collector Mode in the form of Ring Collection Stages, where collecting golden rings keeps the timer alive — a nod to classic Sonic gameplay mechanics. Then there’s the adrenaline-pumping 1v1 Challenge Stages, where you’ll go head-to-head against Sonic and his friends in intense racing duels.

Linked Special Events: Mercedes AMG GT Black Series & More

The Mercedes AMG GT Black Series takes center stage in the Linked Special Event until June 4th, supported by three standout vehicles: the Arash AF-10, Porsche 911 50 Years Porsche Design, and the Brabham BT62. These high-performance machines offer unique challenges and rewards for players looking to expand their garage.

Grand Prix & Weekly Linked Specials

The first Grand Prix of the season kicks off on May 30th, featuring the stunning Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-AMG ONE, and runs until June 15th. Weekly Linked Special Events continue to roll out with new cars:

• Lamborghini SC63 – June 5th to June 11th
• Porsche 911 GT3 RS – June 12th to June 18th
• Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 – June 19th to June 26th

Festive Additions & New Game Modes

Additional events are also making waves this season. On May 31st, the Dragon Boat festivities begin with appearances from the Ferrari SF90 Stradale and Lamborghini Huracan STO. June 2nd celebrates World Environment Day with the eco-friendly McMurtry Spéirling. From June 6th to 16th, the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento becomes the focus of the Star Hunt, followed by an Epic Hunt from June 16th to 26th.

Green Streak Mode: Balanced Nitro Mechanics

A new twist comes in the form of the updated Green Streak Mode, which introduces dynamic Nitro balancing. Racers at the front of the pack will receive reduced Nitro boosts from stunts and pickups, while those trailing behind enjoy full power-ups — making every race more competitive and exciting.
