The long-awaited return of the beloved Verdansk map to Call of Duty Warzone is set to be revealed on March 10, 2025. Activision had initially announced in August that Verdansk would be making a comeback, but the timeline was a nebulous "spring 2025." Now, excitement is building as the Call of Duty shop displays a pop-up for "The Verdansk Collection," complete with a countdown set to end on the aforementioned date, according to InsiderGaming.

Accompanying this teaser is a striking, tri-color sketch depicting a wintry alpine scene with snow, pine trees, a dam, and a crashed plane—hallmarks of the original Warzone experience before the transition to Verdansk '84 in Season 3 and the eventual replacement by Caldera in 2021. Currently, fans can only experience Verdansk again through Call of Duty Warzone Mobile. This news comes as a thrilling surprise to those who were told in 2021 that "current-day Verdansk is gone and it's not coming back."

In other Call of Duty news, Black Ops 6 Season 2 is now live, introducing five new Multiplayer maps: Bounty, Dealership, Lifeline, Bullet, and Grind.
