Botany Manor Announces New PS5 Release Date

Botany Manor's PlayStation Release Finally Blooms: January 28th

Botany Manor, the critically acclaimed puzzle game, will finally sprout onto PlayStation consoles on January 28th, 2025. Initially slated for a December 17th, 2024 release, the PS4 and PS5 versions were delayed to allow for additional refinement.

Developed by Balloon Studios and published by Whitethorn Games, Botany Manor charmed players on Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PC upon its April 2024 launch. The PlayStation port's delay, announced shortly before the original release date, aimed to deliver the best possible player experience. Whitethorn Games confirmed the new January 28th launch date on January 9th, 2025.

While the release date is now set, a PS Store page is yet to appear, meaning pre-ordering or wishlisting isn't currently possible. The game is expected to be priced at $24.99, consistent with other platforms, and will remain a one-time purchase without microtransactions. Unlike the Steam version, a separate digital soundtrack is unlikely to be offered.

Botany Manor's strong reception, boasting an 83/100 average and 92% recommendation rate on OpenCritic, solidified its reputation as a top-tier puzzle game of 2024. Its charming atmosphere, engaging puzzles, and rewarding exploration make it a highly anticipated addition to the PlayStation library.

With the PlayStation release, Botany Manor will be available on all initially announced platforms. Balloon Studios' next project remains unannounced. January 28th will also see the arrival of other notable titles on the PlayStation Store, including Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Son of Madness.
