While the fiery Natlan region is still under development, beta builds are progressively incorporating placeholders for the Cryo nation of Snezhnaya, the Tsaritsa's icy domain. Snezhnaya's immense size, surpassing even Sumeru and Liyue, extending westward from Natlan and encompassing Fontaine to the north, necessitates a regional division.

Prior leaks hinted at Nod-Krai as a standalone region in Version 6.0. However, recent data mining strongly suggests its precise location. As an autonomous Snezhnayan province and crucial trade hub, Nod-Krai connects Snezhnaya to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's information places Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's southernmost reaches, suggesting player access via Fontaine or Natlan.

Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster indicate that Version 5.4's beta build includes a placeholder landmass beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass appears connected to Mont Esus, a rumored Fontaine expansion.
