Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown has arrived on Android. Developed by Ubisoft, the game first released on PC in January 2024. In this metroidvania action title, you step into the role of Sargon, a gifted young warrior belonging to an elite group known as the Immortals.
The Story Unfolds
Queen Thomyris dispatches you and your team on a critical mission: rescue her son, Prince Ghassan. Your journey leads to Mount Qaf, once a sacred city, now a treacherous landscape teeming with temporal distortions and cursed grounds.
Though Mount Qaf is a single location in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, it offers remarkable diversity. You’ll explore crumbling temples, forgotten deserts, and other distinct regions. Despite its vast scale, the map is intricately connected and even includes a feature that lets you capture screenshots of your surroundings.
A standout mechanic allows you to set a shadow marker and instantly teleport back to it at any moment. This feature adds incredible dynamism to both platforming and combat. Scattered throughout the map are also amulets that let you enhance and customize Sargon’s abilities.
Sargon can unleash powerful ultimate attacks known as Athra Surges, perfect for turning the tide in battle. Additionally, side quests enrich the lore of Mount Qaf while rewarding you with collectibles and fresh challenges. Watch the official game trailer below.
