Valheim's Wandering Merchants: Locations and Inventory Guide

Valheim's challenge lies in exploring diverse biomes and gathering resources to conquer formidable bosses. This journey is eased by the presence of three helpful merchants, each offering unique and valuable goods. However, their locations are randomized, making them tricky to find. This guide details each merchant's whereabouts and their complete inventory.

Locating Valheim's Merchants

Finding merchants involves exploring the game's biomes. While some are easier to locate than others, using the Valheim World Generator (created by wd40bomber7) can significantly speed up the process by revealing their coordinates based on your world seed.

Haldor (Black Forest Merchant)

Haldor, situated in the Black Forest, is often the easiest to find, typically spawning within a 1500m radius of your world's center. He's frequently near Elder spawn points (identifiable via glowing ruins in Burial Chambers). Once located, he remains in that spot, making it worthwhile to build a portal for easy access. Gold is the currency; acquire it by exploring dungeons and selling gems, necklaces, etc.

Hildir (Meadows Merchant)

Hildir resides in the Meadows biome but is harder to find due to her distant spawn (3000-5100m from the world center). Look for the T-shirt icon on your map when you're within 300-400m. Hildir offers clothing with stamina reduction buffs and unique quests:
