League of Legends: Wild Rift has launched patch 6.2, bringing the immersive theme of Soulforce Awakening to players. This update delivers a wave of fresh content, including powerful new Champions, targeted balance changes, and engaging events—making it the perfect moment to dive back into the action.
At the heart of the update is the Soulforce Box. As you play, you’ll gather Soulforce Energy, which contributes to leveling up your box and unlocking a total of 12 rewarding tiers. Rewards include Collected Legends Card Packs, condensed ore, consumable trial cards, and six exclusive Chromas for Aurora, the Witch Between Worlds—perfect for players looking to customize their experience.
Let’s talk about the new Champions making their mark on the Rift:
Aurora, the Witch Between Worlds, emerges as a high-impact mage with strong AP scaling, ideal for players who thrive on chaos and burst damage. Her kit rewards creative positioning and timing, making her a dynamic addition to any team.
Bard, the Wandering Caretaker, returns with his whimsical yet strategic flair. His Magical Journey and Tempered Fate abilities bring unique utility to the battlefield, enabling game-changing crowd control and map mobility.
And don’t overlook Vel'Koz, the Eye of the Void. This long-range mage excels at zone control and burst damage, using devastating plasma attacks to dismantle enemies from a safe distance. His presence reshapes lane dynamics and team fight positioning.
In addition to new Champions, several existing ones have received meaningful updates. Galio’s Shield of Durand has been refined for better performance, while Swain’s Demonic Ascension now offers enhanced power, reinforcing his role as a battlefield commander. Marksmen like Varus, Ashe, Zeri, Vayne, and Miss Fortune have received targeted buffs to better align with their intended playstyles, giving ADC players more consistency and impact in matches.
Beyond gameplay, the update introduces new limited-time events and game modes, offering even more reasons to log in and explore everything patch 6.2 has to offer.
