You can choose to farm, hunt, or engage in combat, using any means necessary to stay alive.

Your adversaries include zombies, once humans now corrupted, and otherworldly bosses distorted by Stardust. Be cautious, as Stardust also affects your sustenance. Drinking contaminated water can diminish your maximum HP and sanity, adding another layer of survival challenge.
