The quickest way to acquire Hylea's Talon is by visiting Lluisa Melcer at the Farmer's Market and Abritt Porrya in Piazza Mez Vidarro. These merchants, located in the early game area of Emerald Stair, sell up to 5 units at 450 coins each. This provides a readily available supply when you need it most.
