The popular strategy video game, Wingspan, is preparing for a significant expansion: Wingspan: Asia Expansion, launching later this year. While the exact release date remains undisclosed, players can anticipate a wealth of new content, including captivating avian additions, a fresh game mode, and stunning Asian-inspired landscapes.

Detailed Overview of the Asia Expansion:

This expansion introduces a collection of beautiful new bird cards featuring unique abilities and intriguing facts. Expect to encounter birds native to India, China, and Japan. The expansion also includes 13 bonus cards, with two specifically designed to enhance the solo Automa game mode.

Four breathtaking new game backgrounds showcase diverse Asian landscapes, complemented by eight player portraits reflecting local cultural influences.

A highly anticipated addition is the Duet Mode, a competitive one-on-one Wingspan experience played on a dedicated Duet Map. Players will vie for habitat spaces and strive to achieve distinct end-of-round objectives.

The expansion also boasts audio enhancements, featuring four new relaxing musical tracks composed by Paweł Górniak, perfectly complementing the bird-watching and strategic gameplay.
