While the overall Steam rating remains "mostly negative," recent reviews show a shift towards "mixed," with 43% of the 5,325 reviews from the past month being positive. This positive swing is largely attributed to the substantial changes introduced in Season 15. These changes include the addition of hero perks and the return of loot boxes, core gameplay alterations that many players have praised as a return to the formula that made the original Overwatch successful.
